joints/knee

In summer use burdock leaves and to put for knee,make it soft and to cover with plastic,make it warm.
2.also cabbage leaves  for same reason with honey.
3.270  maple leaves,make dry and keep in box.
take 6 leaves + 4 cups cold water to  make hot,but not boil.To filter that and drink 65g.15 min before eat,3 times a day.for a month.Stop for 2 weeks and drink another month.
