EYES

1.EYES lower in warm water 36degr.(open) then in cold.Start with cold.15-20 degr.
2.Carrot+dry apricot+orange +sour cream) Good salad for eyes.

PARADENTOZ

1Hydroperit  + soda(same quantity ) in gums.
2 1 tsp.salt+1 Tbs honey-on gums w/finger

HAIR PROBLEM

1.STRENGTHEN hair=Mix 1 tsp each:HONEY,ONION  juice,OIL,CASTOR oil,1 eggs yellow.On hair from roots,plastic,towel for 2 hrs.1 time a week.
2.ALOPEZIA =ALOE 1Tbs.+REPEYNOE oil 1Tbs+1 eggs yellow + 1 honeyck1 tsp.coniak.May put little ginger or hot pepper.! For 2 hrs on hair for 1 month,then once a week.
3.DANDRUFF=(Degtyarnoe -russian) soap wash 1=once in 4-5 days

LEGS

SHPORI(pain in foot)=Iodin 3%(5ml) and crushed 2 Tablets Aspirin,on pain place,plastic and warm cloth for night.1 time in 5 days.
SHPORI=fresh grated potato on cloth and plastic and socks for night.For 7 days
CRACKS on FEET- GLYCERINE + VINEGAR  (little vinegar in ),mix and spread on feet,fingers,e.t.c.in the morning and put on socks while you eat.Good!

BACK and JOINTS

1.SEAWEED(2Tbs.+boiling water on 30 min.Put thick on cheesecloth and on pain place,cover w/plastic and warm for 20 min.Liquid can drink.For 3 days=result.
2.Pain in joints=6 Tbs.salt+6 jellow(from eggs)=mix,on pain place,plastic,cloth.
3.BACK pain-Fresh Horseradish root(grated)1/2 cup+grated potato 1/2cup+ 1Tbs honey-all mix.Put oil on back and on top 2 layers (marlya) MIX.Plastik  and cloth.For 1 hour.Repeat after 1 day.
4.STRENGTH back mussels -Lay on stomach ,hands up,legs upon  on expiration.

IMMUNITET










MI1.Apple cider vinegar  spread over body.
2.Echinacea
3Aloe with honey  1:2,good with Red wine.1tsp.2 a day.  2-3 weeks.
4.Garlic 1 head(grate).1 cup oil. Keep 1 day.In the morning 1tsp.oil+1tsp.lemon juice.3 a day,30 min.before eat.-This is PREVENTION at winter.
5.ENERGY -Seaweed 50g.Camomile 1 bag.Elderberry 1 bag.Dill  seeds  3 Tbsp.Thymus 2 Tbs.Ginger 2 Tbs.All mix,grate and before eat in the morning 0/5 tsp. with water.
6.GINGER SOUP:3orange,3 tsp.olive oil,2 onion(cut)2 Tbs.garlic(grate)2 Tbs.ginger(grate)4 cups water,650 carrot(cut)1 Tbs.Orange skin(grate)1 1/2 cup fresh orange juice.salt,pepper.  In oil :onion,garlic,ginger.+water and 40 min.slow cook +rest.Eat immediately with fresh Greens.2 cups.
7.MIX JUICES:Beetroot,carrot,black radish,cranberry-each 100g. + 100g.honey+100g.vodka.+20g.aloe.All warm,but not boil.Keep in fridg.Drink warm 20-30 g. 15 min. before eat 3 a day.All to finish.
8.MIX DRY FRUITS=500g  nuts+500g sultana+500g prunes(in mixer)+0/2L honey.Take 1 tsp. 3 a day.
9.Sour milk+salt(over the body)- take toxins out.
10.POLLEN=2 tsp(in mixer)+100g cheese.Good!
11.SEAWEED=good in salads e.t.c.
